Conference Admission
To provide the best possible experience for our registered attendees and ensure fairness to those who have paid for access, all individuals must wear their official conference name badge at all times while in conference areas including the exhibitor floor or while attending any sessions or conference sponsored events. This includes registered attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and guests.
We want to ensure only those who have registered are given the opportunity to interact with our sponsors, exhibitors, and other attendees, as it is important to maintain a level playing field for everyone. Anyone not properly registered or without a name badge will be asked to leave the conference areas and will not be allowed to return unless properly registered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a valuable experience for all of our registered participants.
Thank you for helping us maintain the quality and fairness of the event.
